Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 15 days after delivery by contacting Dog Safe Store through the Contact page with your order number. For a change-of-mind return, the ear wrap should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please wait for return instructions and an address before sending it back; do not use the address on the shipping label.

Customers generally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable. We cannot promise a change-of-mind return for a used personal-care item.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, return or refund as appropriate, including reasonable return shipping when required.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
